Iron repair

I'm Thulisile Ntuli would like to report Game store evaton i bought an iron on the 01-12-2018 then I took it for repair on the 18-07-2019,since I've been waiting for them to contact me because they said I must not come to the store until they call me and they told me it won't take two weeks but its 3 months now still waiting for them to contact me. I need some help please
