IRON NOR WHERE TO BE FOUND/UNTRACEABLE

I bought an Iron ( Barnette Read) on the 27.09.2023 , only work for a week , took it back to the shop ,they told me they will book for review which will takes 21 working days, got sms to come and collect , i collected on the 24.10.2023 , only to find out there is no minimum and maximum heat when i switch on , i took it back again on the 18.11.2023 , the lady said they will book for repair for the second time time frame still 21 working days , till today no feedback nor sms informing me wether Iron taken to repair or what, i called on the 28.11.2023 their number i got from website *** / *** no answer until i tried their head office , the guy called them provided my number to them to call me back , they called me but funny enough they can't n trace wether my Iron taken to repair as yet or not , the lady promised to call me back as she still need to find out what happened , still waiting for her call till to date, on the 29.11.2023 i called head office again they put me through to customer services , spoke with Christerine , she promised to follow -up the matter will call me to provide feedback in two hours , by the time i spoke with her it was past 12 mid day , till now as is on the 30.11.2023 at 09: 45 two hours haven't passed , I'm still waiting for their call , may i kindly have refund and I will go and buy to the shops who takes customers seriously
