We bought a ryobi petrol lawnmower at game springs mall for R2999. When we tested it the starting line to start the motor would not work. Took it back and they sent it back to Ryobi. Now they come and say I need to pay over R1000 to have it fixed. What bull****!! I haven't even used the machine but it's now my responsibility to have it repaired. I have rights as a customer and we will not leave this until Justice is served. Why must I be liable to pay for something I have not even used yet and is not working. The one guy at the store said it was a factory fault. But nobody wants to refund us and we must pay. I am very disgusted in game and ryobi on the way they treat customers. I hope that this type of *******ion must be exposed to the highest level.
