Invalid contract

I came into game store N1 city to get my card from Rcs person. Waited 20 min for her as she was on a break and only person dealing with rcs queries. Then it took another 30 min to verify information. Finally she gave me a contract to sign of which only the first word was visible of each line. She said there was no ink in printer and it will be replaced in three months. I asked her to print a document which has all the wording which took so long I lost track of time because I have been here for 1hr 50 min.
