Interest charged on a zero balance
I have been charged interest along with a whole lot of other charges on a zero balance on my account. A letter was sent for account to be closed as it was paid up and yet I have been charged on a zero balance. Please can this account be closed as I don't see why I should be paying money to RCS for something I'm not even using. I have sent two emails thus far and no response regarding this matter.
