Interest being charged **********ly

Utterly disgusted with the level of service of the call center regarding my account. Called 5 times today 20/04/2019 got put on hold for over 5 minutes, dropped calls, requested a manager and the manager on shift refused to take my call. I had to deal with a 2IC or a senior host who promised to email me the information requested and I received nothing.

I am a manager in a call center and if I had to offer this kind of service, I would have been called into the board room and handed paper work and a very unpleasant conversation.

Basically its regarding the interest being charged to my account. I was told by Wendy and Susan that the interest is charged the outstanding balance as well as the available credit on the account.

Never in my life have I heard that you charge interest on the available credit on the account. So basically what is happening here is you charge me to my available credit to increase my balance and you charge me more interest.

I want terms explaining that you have to charge the monthly interest to the outstanding interest as well as the credit available.

I do not want a call from a host or a 2IC ( senior host ). I want a call from a manager or someone higher.

The level of customer service is appalling and you need someone like myself to get your call center in order.
