insurance cover

Im livid and disgusted, last year I went in to pay my areas, I got to the game store and they told me I could never get covered for my retrenchment. Only to find out that after 3 months I could still get covered I had the explanation from the different stores and they had advised me that ot will not be covered<br> . Im still retrenched and I still need to know why the hell am i paying insurance and i have been paying it but i dont have any benefits now im tired of game stores. I Need to be contacted by a manager and i need to knw where can i send my documents. Your consulted are *********** and arw not informative. I need this to be resolved and I will not go to any game store for this to be resolved bcs I end using my petrol money to travel to bloemfontein as i stay out of town.
