insurance complaint

i had a cell phone insurance in december with game ,i paid r58 they told me the insurance amount is r40 every month ,january they debited r58 again i called i was told that it was for admin fees and again in feb they debited the same amount r58 and month end of amount they send me 10 sms as a reminder of the insurance payment ,i decided to cancell this i called in apoke to a lady she said to me i need to give them 30days period and i agreed them they were suppose to debit in april the last payment but ever since that they debit each and every month and i cannot go to the bank every month do to reversals as if they dont get that money the bank charges me and who has to pay as i told them to cancell ,please assist thanks
