insufficiant stock

hi all

i took out a new cellphone contract from Game's cellular department. when i got home and wanted to put the sim in my new phone i saw that they gave me a micro sim and the phone uses a nana sim. i went back and explained what have happened and they directed me to the Vodacom shop to do my sim swop.

when i came there i had to pay R70 for the new sim as game should have given me the correct sim to start with... the guy at vodacom said unfortunately he cant do anything i will have to take it up with Game.

i went back to game, and again told the lady behind the counter what my problem is...

i already paid R105 for sim and connection fee and now i had to pay an additional R70.

the lady just sat back in her chair, and wanted to know who helped me with the contract... as if that would help me in anyway... she then told me that they do not have nano sims in store

now my question... how can you sell a phone that takes a nano sim and not keep nano sims???

they did not even warn me about what is going to happen... if you do not keep the sim the phone needs... how can you charge a sim and connection fee???
