Installer charge me for installation

Reinstalled charge me a fee of R250,after I paid him I find out that the installation is free,I took the matter to Multichoice they promise to resolve the matter after they came back to me refer the matter to Game,I went to Game Newcastle mall they refer me back to Multichoice.So I m confused who is responsible for this matter between Game and Multichoice.the details for installer I got them from Game when I bought Dstv.When I talk to the installer told me to do what ever I want be won"t pay my money back.my if ********** 436083 Cell ********** 382
