Injury
I am very disappointed with this company. I fell on the 6 April while I turned going into the heater section. I didn't even look around to see if anyone saw me but the Vodacom counter wasn't far from where I fell but no one seen me falling (Very strange right) The was coming from the bottom of the aisle and seen me sitting on the floor holding my hair. She then immediately went to the counter and asked them for a chair. She then went to call the First Aid to come and assist me. The lady came and asked if had eaten anything and I said no. The first aid lady rubbed my wrist so hard that it was eventually red. I told her that she was hurting me and advised that she basically know what she was doing. The Store manager arrived and took me to the office, where they asked me what had happened, and I told them. The store manager then advise it could be the shoes I was wearing, and I advised her that their floor was slippery, there might have not been anything in the way in order for to fall. The store manager then asked for them to bring a coke and a chocolate because it could be my sugar was a bit low and I said it wasn't. A copy of my ID was made which they requested. I was told by the first aid attendee that they will call me during the day to check up on me which never happened up until today. Seriously caring. BS. They did offer for an ambulance but that would have meant me going to a government and I wasn't prepared to go there as I did not know long, they would and if I would get my car back as the shipping center close.
