Inferior Tosca trolley school bag

Good day, I recently bought 2 tosca trolley school bags for my kids.

To my surprise the quality of the bags is quite inferior. The strap tore and withers when adjusted adjusted, the trolley handle has broken.

I have called the Craddlestone branch where the bags were purchased on the 10/01, either my calls get dropped, the manager is in a meeting.

The customer service department can't seem to make a decision without the store manager.

I am frustrated R2998 on inferior quality.

I need my money back.
