Inferior Quality

I bought the Discovery Gazebo combo at Game Bayside on 01/09/2017.

I opened it and set it up for the first time on Christmas day 2017. What a poor quality Gazebo that I never got to sit under. The top part got torn by the poles because of a little wind, is that not why we buy gazebos, for wind and sun. What ******* material was used for the top of the gazebo. It looks like a child can pull it apart and then Mr. Naidoo from Game Bayside tells me we cant buy Gazebos in Cape Town because of the wind we have. It was set up in my enclosed backyard, what if I still went to the beach! His attitude is ridiculous. My slip says that you guarantee service on every product. Best someone besides Mr. Naidoo contacts me about this!

I want my money back so I can buy a better gazebo. You people can take your *** quality.
