inefficient delivery service

I purchased a fridge and washing machine on laybe and have completed payment. When the delivery made i was only sent the washing machine and no word about the fridge. I have to call and follow up on the non delivery made and game isnt courteous enough to follow through and tell me what's going on. This is unacceptable i want my fridge delivered today after i knock off work at 6. i have done my part.
