INEFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY

I need to buy an oven and hob on promotion from any Game store around and take it home the same day, apparently I have to fetch my own stove at their warehouse in Germiston?? I have purchased a washing machine from them before and waited 2 weeks for delivery hence I want to collect it myself after purchasing. But why do I have to fetch it from the warehouse myself?? that is another charge, unless it will be sold to me at cost price.
