Incorrect trading hours and inferior quality TVs from Hisense.

First off, this is a review for both Game and Hisense.

Lately, I have no idea what is going on with TVs that get purchased from Game. My last 3 units have been giving me the same issue after each purchase. First it was 2 samsung sets, and now my latest hisense set.

In all three instances I got dark areas around the screen. My current Hisense model that i bought 3 months ago is going the exact same thing the previous 2 TVs did. As a person with severe OCD I cannot stand when something I am looking at is imperfect. I will be watching a movie/playing a game and have these amazing colours, only for a frame to pop up that's light in colour that makes the dark spots visible. It's even worse when the colour white is on display.

Now I did report this to customer service, and they told me to come in before 4pm on Sunday with my slip so that they cam make a decision from there.

So I drive to Game Bethlehem where I bought the TV with the TV neatly packed at 3pm only to find the doors closed. At first I thought I was late, but I clearly remember being told that Game closes at 4pm! I checked the trading Hours on Google and this was corroborated by what I was told.

However, that is fine. Tomorrow is another day I guess.
