Incorrect sim card sold

I wish to make a complaint against Game - Cresta Shopping Centre. I apologise that this report is late as I was going to just leave making a complaint but upon reflecting, we as consumers receive enough issues in general and tend to just accept them. On Saturday I went to purchase some SIM cards from the Cell Phone department in Game. I asked the cashier for a Vodacom SIM card. She gave me one, she asked for my cell phone model to be sure, I said a Sony Xperia E1. I then purchased a Cell C SIM card at the same time. Each were R4. I was told that they could not RICA the Vodacom SIM card as their system was down (I later went to Vodacom that day and got the SIM card RICA'ed and was informed that Vodacom uses the same system as Game to RICA so they had misinformed me) Upon arriving back at a friends place I noticed that I was given the wrong SIM card type for Vodacom instead of a micro-SIM I was given a nano-SIM which I did not ask for. Not impressed with this experience I had at Game.
