Incorrect Quotes

I was at the game store to purchase a set of built in cupboards. i spoken to the consultant, discussed my plan and was issued a quotation. the consultant's name was Edwin. Together we went to the cashier so that i could pay. The cashiers were unsure as to what needed to be done and i spent almost an hour trying to pay. Finally payment was made via my cheque card. Approximately an hour later, i receive a call from Edwin stating that there was a calculation error on their system, and that the unit will cost an additional R 4000.00, totaling just over R 10 000.00. i found that such an error is totally unacceptable. i went back to the store immediately and Edwin asked that i speak to his manager. i found the manager to be extremely rude and unapologetic. the mistake was that of Game and not mine. i requested a refund and had to wait an additional hour as no seemed to know what was going on even though Edwin tried to explain the situation the consultants at the customer care department. i am extremely disappointed with the service that was received.
