Incorrect pricing on laybe

My name is Zandile Nzama i made a lay-be with game store Westage for a hp intel celeron nb at the time i went to take out the laybey i asked as it was now on special and i also saw it somewhere else on special,will they give me on the sale price the sales person was very friendly ,and said i must talk to the customer service and not cancel the purchase the cashier that assisted was not friendly at all and now i want to cancel the purchase and buy it somewhere else cause of the service and the cashier that did not explain well to me and just override the price and sold me at the normal price without explaining the processes,i could have bought something with that R300 and this laptop is selling less at other stores,but know i chose GAME ONLY TO BE GIVEN A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES BY THE CASHIERS AND RECEIPT SHOWS PRICE OVERRIDE
