Incorrect pricing

Good day

Please assist me i went shopping at game phuthaditjhaba and when i reach the paypoint the price was different from the one i saw on the shelf of which it was in ĺine with the items i took and the manager refused to give the price i saw on shelf and said it dont apply at game. The consumer act states A supplier must not require a consumer to pay a price for any goods or services:

higher than the displayed price for those goods or services; or if more than one price is concurrently displayed, higher than the lower or lowest of the prices so displayed.
