Incorrect pricing and failing to own up

Having the worst service at Game mamelodi, due to bad advertising the manager mathews was called and still tells me that the advertised price which is on the shelf is not on the system now the cashier is keeping me waiting for what appears to be the person working on the department, which makes me wonder what help will he be since the manager could not help. I'm insanely disappointed by the service offered here. And will never set foot in this store again and will spread the word of their unprofessional service.
