Incorrect pricing

I am from Alberton and a frequent shopper at your store.<br> <br> On a number of occasions I noticed that the advertised price and the registered price on your database differs significantly. On 3 occasions I have chosen an item from the shelf, noted the price and proceeded to pay for it only to see that that the shelf price and the till price differs.<br> <br> My most recent experience occurred today again. I purchased a powafix flash mesh (item:***) and the advertised price was R40 on the shelf. When I proceeded to the cashier, she rang the price up and it showed a whopping R60 on the cash register. I then proceeded to the information counter and spoke to Nomvula and she provided me with your details not knowing how to handle my complaint.<br> <br> Why is a huge reputable store like Game having this issue time and time again. Where is the quality check in the flow chain here? This to me is totally unacceptable and I will lay a complaint with your head office and with the Consumer Affairs as well.<br> <br> How many honest people in the past have been ********** in this manner? This is ********* and unfair business practice and has to be reported.<br> <br>
