Incorrect Marketing

I trust you are well.

I was at your game store in Canal Walk and the price of the Oros juice showed R3. Attached is a photo we took.

We asked for assistance and the staff member called the manager on duty Stephanie Thompson.

She explained that it's not her fault that the price shows R3 and she can't override it for that price . She explained that it's the customers that bumped against the price and the number 3 overlapped the the number 9.

So many associates walked past that marketing ,why don't they fix it. It is not the customers problem if they don't do their marketing properly. This is the price that is advertised in the store and when we as the customers want it,because that is what we see than the manager refuses.

They are not checking their floor,doing floor walks to ensure everything is correct. And it is not the first time that this has happened.

Alot of them pass by ,why didn't they fix it .

I want the Oros for that price and I want a relevant Explanation as to why they doing false advertising, stating the juice is R3 but refuses to sell it for R3.

Unfortunately I'm not going to leave it at this as it is against the law to do false advertising.
