Incorrect Info Received

Hi,<br> <br> I was previously under debt review and in Sept 2015 I had my accounts updated as no longer being over indebted. RCS Game department advised that my Game account is still with consumer friend. When calling consumer friend I am told my account is not with them either and that I should contact RCS directly.<br> <br> Im having this back and fort for almost five months now. I was also told that the account is with Gerhard Van Der Merwe Attorneys. When calling the attorneys, I was advised that no file for my ID is loaded on their collection system. I need to confirm a balance on this account.<br> <br> Poor service of this nature is highly unacceptable and I trust this matter will be addressed.<br> <br> I await your feedback.
