Incorrect delivery - BAD SERVICE FROM GAME

I ordered a phone from the Game website. The delivery was made yesterday late afternoon on 20/01/2020. My phone was delivered to a different company, while someone else signed for my package without producing my ID. No one called me or sms'd me about the delivery, the courier just dropped the package at the company and went on their way. Someone else could have taken the phone and then I would have had to pay for an item that I never received. So please do not order online, I don't even think you should use Game at all. If I could give a zero for customer service then I would but there is no option for a zero.
