Incorrect Amount Deducted

<p>Bought a Samsung Galaxy J5 from Game at The Pavilion. Also opted to take the insurance as well. Lady who sold the product told me that it was R60 per month.</p> <p> </p> <p>However yesterday i got an sms from my bank stating that an amount of R150 was to be debited. REALLY??? I have all the paperwork to prove that she sold it to me for R60. They added R60 to my bill when i bought the phone just for the last 2 days of cover in August which i did not have a problem with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried calling the number for the cellular insurancce - ***- believe me, you can hold on till Jesus comes and obody will answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Heres the policy number - please sort this out asap.
