incorrect advertising

Went to game on Sundayand was appaulled by the service....a tevo pop up tourch was specially advertised for r30 and cashed for r99....when questioned about the different prices.... it took more than 10minutes for them to tell the reason for the price difference...the tevo rep then changed the advertised price to r330...... i was then frowned at and told that a customer had probably changed the prices.....I was so disgusted by the opportunity to pass the buck and ability to refuse acceptance responsibility for the error by management...i was surprised by the level of customer service received......no one had the audacity to apologise for the unacceptable error. I hope the complaint is taken seriously and I will be telling others about the incident.
