incopetent staff

When we entered the store my brother asked one of the staff for milk which was no longer on shelves she rep**** that she is off duty. After that we went to go pay and the teller told us that we could not beat the price at the till as she does not have the right and referred us to the front desk to the managers when we got there they told us that cannot be done and soon broke into an argument with my brother works at the boksburg branch they then ordered us to go back to start a new cue and have it done at the till we then went back to que then a woman who also claimed to be a manager spoke to us and wanted us to explain but I explained to her that I am not in a condition to speak she told me I was unruly and rude and practically begged me to report I am so hurt by this because it was an inconvenience to us as we lost our brother and in the period which we should morn we face such people who don't even follow the same mandate
