inconvenience and incompetency

I took out a cell c contract, after two weeks I had to return it for repairs. They called me after a month to come and collect a new phone as the old one was beyond repair. I went there the next day to collect my new phone,only to be told that I should have brought the accessories of the old phone, which they never told me about on the phone. I went back two days after with accessories of the phone.only to be told that they don't have the phone in stock, and told me they will call me again when they have the phone. Such inconvenience and incompetence.i don't understand how they can call a customer to come and collect a phone whilst they do not have stock, all the petrol that I am using to go up and down. Never had such a bad service in my life. And the customer service lady don't even say sorry, all she could say was \we will call you when we have the phone"."""
