Inconsistent communication, empty promises and no delivery

I bought a fridge and tv on black friday and delivery was 7 to 10 working days which has passed. I am heart broken and confused because your email contradicts all the sms and calls which i received from game. i thought purchasing online was effective but not when it comes to gameonline.

1. I called last week on monday 09/12/2019 and one of the agents assured me that my order was with the courier services in Polokwane.... i was anticipating for delivery on the tuesday or Wednesday but nothing came.

2. i called again on Friday 13/12/2019 and this time i was told that my order can't be tracked and the agent promised to call back, of which she called back on Saturday and assured me that the order has been given to the courier on friday,,, now thats confusing. the agent even assured me that black friday orders we being delivered on Thursday and friday,,, but where is mine ?

3, i recieved two sms and an email on friday 13/12/2019 stating that the courier services will contact me for delivery.

4. on sunday 15/12/2019 i recieved an email from game support which stated that my order has not been dispatched from game warehouse and i should wait for further communication regarding my order....

This is the most confusing thing... i honestly regret purchasing online.... I want my order, if its not delivered or no communication from the courier by Wednesday 18/12/2019, I want my money back !!! i will never again purchase at GameOnline because your online services are not worthy of customer satisfaction, all you do is bring empty promises and stress and your communication /messages sent to me contradicts
