Incomplete order bought online. ORDER ***

I bought items online same was delivered on 2 September, and was incomplete. I raised the issue on Game Online and was told they will collect and replace from 3 September till today. Everytime I follow up they promise to collect and replace and nothing is done. I'm UNHAPPY.
