Incomplete online order
I bought two heaters 2 weeks ago online on special. One for myself and one for my sister. Last week they delivered one, when I asked the driver they said quantity was 1 of 1. I called game and they said on the system quantity is two so I should send an email. I did so, and they said they would respond within 48 hours, m yet to get a response. I have called but I can’t get help.
M soo disappointed at games because my first online purchase was a success.

10 May 2023, 15:43Called game again, they are telling me that they will have to do stock taking, certain shops are just not safe to make online purchases because even when you query there is no help you get. I bought those heaters on sale but the money I saved m spending it on airtime.

11 May 2023, 16:26A lady named Renny yesterday promised to call me today before 9, I think she’s a supervisor or something . I called her around 3 and asked a consultant to transfer me to her and she refused to talk to me. I just checked the reviews for game online and they are bad, I should’ve checked before my bad
