incomplete information on product functions

I bought a lenovo s5000h I repeatedly asked how it compares to Samsung tablet functions and if I could upgrade software. marks did not mention that this tablet is Chinese not original lenovo, firstly it has not Google functionality, second the Google play store app is on the tablet but has not access to google sever, which means I can't download even basic apps like twitter, Facebook, games, none of what even a basic house brand tablet like Vodafone can this tablet do. I could have spend a bit more to buy a tab that functions but I feel my rights to enjoy the product I have bought have been infringed totally. <br> <br> I cannot trust that Game sells electronics that are genuine and I don't want a replacement but my cash back.
