*********** staff waste our time

We paid for a hisense dishwasher and were told to collect it at the warehouse at our inconvenience. We then had to wait an hour for it as they have an error on their system. They have *********** staff instore and at the warehouse. How do you run a special on a product, have no stock and then also not know how to release it in your warehouse. We will never buy products again from Game!!!!
