*********** staff by the name of Meisie at Festival mall

The feeding pillow was advertised on the website , facebook as one of the essentials to buy during the lock-down. i immediately went to festival mall to get one for my daughter. When i get to the store i was not tapped as item you cannot buy , i took and the cashier wasn't sure so she asked Miesie from the information desk. Meisie without double checking the item she said no and she gave us an attitude and a bad customer experience.

Now my petrol was wasted because of the *********** staff , i called the call center to ask whats with false advertising and they where surprised that i was denied to buy an item that was flagged essential.

i am very angry about this.
