I have had the worst experience with Game stores. I purchased a defy upright freezer on the 11 october 2020. My husband and I confirmed with the sales lady several times if that was a freezer and she said it was and that it was the last one. I was moving into a new home so I left the fridge to be delivered today the 19.12.2020. When it was delivered I see it is a fridge and not a freezer. After asking the lady several times she still sold us the incorrect item. If you try and call them the staff are so unhelpful and don't have any clue as to what I am saying. I had to explain this story several times to them but they don't listen. I need them to fetch this fridge and provide me with the correct item or refund my money.
