The staff at Game Kimberley are totally useless and ***********. After waiting 20min for someone to help me at the jewelry counter, I told the lady I want to buy a watch as advertised in their paper. She had no idea what I was talking about, and couldn't even find the right keys to unlock the cupboards to look inside. After tracking down someone else who I thought would know more, I just got told they don't have the watch and also don't know when they will be getting it, even though the special ends the next day.
