*********** Service, Poor Communication and Poor Quality LCD Screen!!!

I purchased a Lenovo Intel Core I3 NB Ideapad 110 at game stores on the 20th of April 2017. I used the product correctly as per the provided manual. On the 24th of July I opened my laptop in the morning to use it but when I did, there were lines on the screen and a part of it was black. On the 25th of July I took it back to Game and when I arrived at the customer service I spoke to a "lady" named Yvonne and explained to her what had happened. And she opened and saw it, and already with a know it all attitude and no full and thorough assessment of the external appearance of the product she was making assumptions; saying that I dropped it or sat on it and I told her that I wouldn't have dared to come there with such confidence if that were true because I take care of my valuables. She sent me to the sales consultants who deal with laptops and a guy there did a minor evaluation of the exterior and called Yvonne to tell her that she should book it for a technical assessment because the exterior looked okay to him and he couldn't tell what could have caused the lines. I went back to Yvonne and when we got there she told me that they would send it to the technicians for evaluation and I would get feedback after 14-21 days and she issued me a receipt. I called them on the 16th of August in the morning after I had missed a call from them on the 15th of August in the afternoon. I spoke to a lady who told me that there was a quote of R2500 for the damaged internal screen repairs on my laptop and it had a charge of R400 if I chose to reject it. I told her that I was expecting feedback on what had caused the screen to be like that in order to establish whether I should be refunded or get a replacement or repair because I had not neglected, abused nor tampered with my laptop and I had used it as per manual. And I also told her that Yvonne had not mentioned that I would be receiving any quotes but I would be getting feedback, she told me with an attitude. I was then referred to a lady named Thulisile Mthimunye who told me the same story about the payments and I also explained my issues. Then I asked her if she could send me a report of the technical assessment and she said she would request it and email it to me. On the 18th of august she emailed me a quote not a report. I emailed her back and told her that I had kindly requested a report on the technical assessment done on my laptop and I haven't received any response from her. It is the 21st of August and I have been patiently waiting and I have run out of patience because I am a postgraduate student and I have research, tests and assignments that require the use of a laptop on a daily basis and this has inconvenienced my life in an unimaginable way. I am also an Econometrics tutor and to prepare for these classes I need my laptop. I have had to spend late hours on campus in order to get things done at the labs and when I go back home, it is not safe, especially for a female in this country.

The telephone number above has 11 digits... I received and read the technical report and have responded to it. I am still waiting for a response on your side. You people have no sense of urgency. The longer you take to respond to my emails, I hope you are aware of the hindrance inflicted on the progress of my academic success. I bought the laptop because I have an important use for it and now you guys are depriving me of that use, if you cannot solve my issue then kindly refund me my money. Also note that my life is in more danger without that laptop cause I have to stay on campus during late hours. If you cannot assist me, please refund me my money and I will buy another unit elsewhere.
