I ordered products at Game on the 19th of November and the products have not been delivered, on they're site they said it would arrive to me on the 27th of November and that day passed. I checked on the courier service they were using and it said my parcel would be delivered on the 1st of December and Lo be hold it was not delivered. During this period I have tried to write to them but no response.
