*********** ordering system

This company has the most *********** system or person in charge of warehouse dispatch/deliveries etc. So placed an order for a refrigerator on Wednesday the 11th of January 2023 (2 days ago) of which the ordering platform says that the order/delivery takes 5-7 working days, fine. However yesterday, Thursday 12 January 2023 (1 day ago), I then receive that my order has been dispatched, cool I then become impressed that they are quick, so that's good. Today, Friday 13th January 2023 I receive an sms at 10:35am saying that my order is on it's way its out for delivery; now you can imagine the excitement I have on the quick and efficient service they are running, the fact that I'll be receiving my order within 2 days of placing an order. However that quick excitement, quickly turned to an extremely quick disappointment as I have not received my order today at all. Upon following up, I then learnt that the order can not be tracked and apparently it has not even left the warehouse and they just do not know.

My question, who on earth is responsible for sending out these deceiving SMS's?? Who updates ther ordering system on the Game website or profile account where an order is placed?? Why on earth are you sending SMS's that aren't true! Your system is completely ***********!!
