Game Soshanguve Crossing just now Worst service ever, we waiting until 9:17 before the shop was opened. At 9:05 I called into the shop and asked why they haven't opened. I was told you they were still busy loading one of the tills, I asked why wasn't this done earlier or a note placed on the door to alert customer that the shop is experiencing so technical problems. Instead of getting answer to my question I heard the lady asking her manager should I end this call and the next thing my call was cut. Called again at 9:10 and my call was answered by another lady whom I asked why my call was put down she wanted to make me seem like I am dumb by saying no they didn't hang up immediately they noticed that I was silent for more than 2 minutes so they ended the call. Mind you when the shop opened eventually the manager came to the floor and never apologized to customers, he just carried on like normally. *********** manager!!!
