The investigation on this matter is not treated with urgency that it deserves. I had to be inconvenienced in all ways possible so much that i had to come to the nearest game store where still i am told to return the item online.

It is the second time i receive a wrong item soo much disrespect of my time and game online store proving yet again its incompetency!
