Twice in one month I purchased two washing machines from Game and both delivered very late and not on the days promised. On the 3rd week of April I purchased a Demo hisense machine from Gateway Game, I had even takes a day off work so that I can receive the order but it did not come. Until 3 days later after numerous calls it was delivered on a Sunday morning. And now I purchased another machine at Game City Durban, Samsung, as a gift to a friend who is getting married on the 4th. I purchased it on Monday 28/04/2019 and was promised delivery the following day. Still not received. I've just called the shop, was referred to a Mr Praven who is a sales manager who said that on their system it says I'll pick up the machine. How is that when I paid R250 for delivery!! They are very *********** with empty promises when it comes to delivery.
