*********** and unprofessional staff

Even the one star is a bonus. Game store in Alberton City deserves non. They are so unprofessional....from sales, to custome care, to the warehouse staff to the drivers. I bought a washing machine on Saturday and was promised I would receive it on Monday. Haven't received because warehouse staff blamed load shading and traffic lights for not delivering. The driver called expecting me to take time off work in the very early hours because, I quote " he has better deliveries to make at the time I advised I'd be home" . I am sooo disappointed and wouldn't like for anyone to have the experience I had.....dealing with rude staff.
