*********** and uneducated staff

On 11-11-15 I bought a Little One Electric Breast pump. At the till before paying I asked cashier if I could return product if I am not happy with it. She, Unathi, said yes but I should ensure to keep my slip as proof of purchase. I asked if she was sure that I can return product, said yes and I proceeded to pay. When I used the pump it really hurt my nipples as no milk was coming out on the lower settings and I could only use the highest setting. It still didn't drain my breast resulting in a very sore, swollen blocked breast.Also took twice as long than my manual pump with more pain! I returned product today and was told over again that they do not accept breast pumps, they can't help that the cashier told me it's okay to return if I am not happy with it as it isn't broken and the R 380 I paid is my loss! I want my money back as I can't help it if you are employing *********** imbeciles that wastes peoples money!
