*********** and terrible customer service

Nothing short of terrible and *********** service. I ordered and paid for a couch online more than 6 weeks ago, I still haven't received it and the call Centre isn't answering calls and when they do, I'm put on hold for 10+ minutes and they eventually drop the call without any explanation. I would give them 0 stars if I could because for such a big company, they sure don't care about their customers.
