I ordered goods on 29-11-2019 from Game online store and receive wrong goods on the 10-12-2019. I didn't signed for the goods because it wasn't what I ordered and returned them with the courier guy. I gave them options but they refused them, then I cancelled my order and waited for my cash back till today I haven't received my money and to make matter worse I spoke to two ladies who still cant help me. First lady I spoke to is Sibahle Sonshatsha who refused to give me her surname and was very rude to me telling me that I'm complaining about air shes going to drop my call and call me with her own air time and I asked to transfer my call to her manager she still refused to do so and made me hold on for an hour before she could transfer my call to Mirriam Benjamin who also couldn't help with my query. I've been call calling game store online (***) from 10-12-2019 to till this day and getting empty promises from them . Mirriam refused to give me the contact details of their head office with the person she was communicating. The level of service I received form the online team it sucks and very frustrating.
