Incompetence, poor customer service, incompetence and *******

I paid up my account with GAME on the 5th of September 2019 it was 0.00 balance and on the 13th I get a statement that says I must pay R115.18 which comprises (interest, service fee and account protection plan) when i called them (rcs group game) it's a struggle to get them for an hour no one is taking the call when I finally get a consultant, he can't explain to me from which amount was the interest charged because the account is paid up. I've not happy with RCS Game and would not advise anyone to take an accouunt with them too much incompetence.
