Incompetence of par excellence!

I bought a fridge at Game Centurion Mall and was told it would be delivered the following day. I waited ALL DAY for the fridge to be delivered. This frustrated me as I had important errands to run and had to sit and twiddle my thumbs waiting for a delivery that didn't arrive

I contacted Game, and was transferred to their warewarehouse, the gentleman who assisted me informed me that according to their system the fridge was schduled to be delivered on that very day by 19:00.

Needless to say the fridge was not delivered. Now I have to waste yet ANOTHER day twidling my thumbs and wait for a delivery that might not even arrive. This has inconvenienced me a great deal.

Why charge such an exorbitant amount for delivery if you can't even deliver on time????

I even got rid of my old fridge to make space for the new one, now the food has been spoilt because someone at your warehouse or store doesnt take their job seriously.

We are paying customers and must be treated as such, you are not doing us a favour! This is totally unacceptable
