Incompetence capital of south Africa

If I could give less than one star I would. Went to get a contract deal on the S23 phone, waiting for three hours for nothing. Very poor *********** service, called the manager and nothing changed. Several people helped me, each one saying "I'll be back soon", and then just never returned. They can close this shop just like the rest of the Game franchises. Really wanted the S23 double deal, unfortunately the deal ended today.
